Covid-19-Update
During these testing times for our nuclear community, we’d like to update you on current operations at JCS.
JCS is open for business, maintaining our ability to support deliveries of our detectors, instruments and shielding materials.
Operational
The JCS team are all working effectively and safely from home in accordance with government guidelines, and closely monitoring the rapidly changing Covid-19 situation.
Deliveries continue, and we are processing shipments for our customers both in the UK and internationally whilst meeting safety & security requirements.
Communications
To maintain continuity of our daily operations we have deployed secure online project workspaces for several of our existing projects, facilitating communication and regular updates for JCS staff, our delivery partners and customers. These are working very successfully.
Video conferencing has taken the place of face-to-face meetings for the time being, and we are able to work with your preferred platform, such as MS Teams etc. We’re thankful at this time for our robust and secure IT infrastructure.
We are in daily contact with our key suppliers and partners and remain confident in our ability to meet your requirements.
JCS is a small business, as are a number of our key partners and suppliers. We are very grateful for the support we have received from our customers and supply chain. We are very proud to be a part of such a supportive community and will continue to do all we can to offer support in these unprecedented times.
We ask our customers and suppliers to be understanding in the inevitable disruption we are all experiencing, and feel confident that we are doing everything we can to enable business continuity. During this time, we recognise flexibility is more important than ever, and the health and well-being of all our team and external is our utmost priority.
